“曦城”位于深圳西部，別墅區(qū)總占地2.3平方公里， 是由華僑城地產(chǎn)與招商地產(chǎn)共同投資50億打造的全國最大純別墅住宅區(qū)，由美國DDG公司擔綱整個曦城的規(guī)劃設計。設計師黃赫參與設計，以更質(zhì)樸更純粹的風格，白色主打加憨憨的形體表達，體現(xiàn)濃郁的鄉(xiāng)土西班牙白色風情小鎮(zhèn)。

The project is located in the west of Shenzhen covering an area of 2.3 square kilometers, which is the biggest pure villa residential area co-invested by OCT and Merchants property, and USA DDG Company takes the responsibilities for planning and design. The project successfully reflects a Spanish town flavor full of local taste with white as the theme color and exotic flavor shape.
